Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, ideally in its original packaging.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please contact our team via our Contact Page. Provide the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

A team member will reach out to you with further instructions.

🚫 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale items

For items purchased on sale, refunds will be issued at the sale price paid, not the full original price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damagedBefore making a purchase, please double-check the size guide to avoid sizing issues.
