FAQ on Orders & Shipping
We currently ship to Europe. If your country isn’t included, feel free to contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method among the different options during the check-out process of your order.
The options include:
– Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)
– Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5-20 business days after fulfillment)
– Standard DDP (3-7 business days after fulfillment)
– Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
Please note that express shipments to Europe require a contact phone number.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
The short answer is Yes, but…! We offer 30-day returns and exchanges as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please check our Return Policy for full details.

Absolutely! You can make a direct donation of any amount, and 100% of it goes toward mental health initiatives. We collect donations and distribute them at the end of each month.
